Once you have your appointment booked, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We have planned and rostered appropriately for our day so no one misses out.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee, and any no-shows or cancellations within 2 hrs of your appointment will incur 100% of your appointment fee.
